Carol Zink-Mailloux

Carol has assisted and served her clients in the mortgage industry since 2002. She works closely with buyers and their Realtors to make sure the loan process is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Because Waterstone Mortgage’s business model is purchase-focused, Carol and her team have the support needed to lead families into homeownership in an always-evolving market. Because of this care over the years, she has built a 100% referral-based business. Carol has also developed strong relationships with other professionals in the real estate and financial industries, who share her mission to deliver only the highest levels of service, and who assists her clients in all facets of homeownership.

Carol is a recipient of the New Hampshire Housing Top Lender Award. In addition to her home state of New Hampshire, Carol has the ability to lend in several other states including Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Vermont, and more.

In her spare time, Carol enjoys traveling, camping and hiking with her husband Dave, daughter Sierra, and son Hale. She helps Sierra create jewelry for her craft fair "business" and joins Hale in his love of sports by coaching his soccer team. Carol earned her dual degrees in Liberal Arts from the University of New Hampshire.
